Privacy Policy

Hoops Arcade: Basketball Toss ("the app," "we," "our," or "us") is developed by Flow Apps LLC. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the app, who collects it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect Directly

We do not ask for an account, login, name, email address, or any other personal details. Your scores, settings, and purchase status are stored only on your device.

Advertising

The app shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation. Depending on your region and the ad being served, ads may come from any of the following networks, each of which acts as an independent data controller for the data it collects:

These networks may collect and use information for advertising, including:

  • Device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier), where you have allowed it
  • IP address and general location derived from it
  • Device type, operating system, and language
  • Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, and installs attributed to ads)

This information may be used to show you personalized ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, to detect fraud, and to measure ad performance across apps.

Consent and Tracking

When you first open the app we may show a consent form provided by Google's User Messaging Platform. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland it asks for your consent to personalized advertising; in U.S. states with privacy laws it offers an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether the app may access your device's Advertising Identifier. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized using that identifier.

Analytics

The app uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how it is used, for example which screens are opened and how many games are played. We have configured Firebase so that it does not collect the Advertising Identifier and does not use analytics data for ad personalization. Firebase may collect a random app-instance identifier, device type, operating system, app version, country derived from IP address, and in-app events. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases

The app offers an optional in-app purchase to remove ads. Payment is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment card, billing address, or store account details. We receive only a receipt that confirms the purchase so we can stop showing ads on your device.

Age Assurance

To comply with children's privacy laws, the app may ask the app store on your device whether the account holder is under 13. On Android this uses Google's Play Age Signals; on iOS 26 and later it uses Apple's Declared Age Range service, which may show a one-time prompt asking you to share an age range. We receive only a yes-or-no signal, never a date of birth or exact age. The answer is stored on your device and, where it indicates a child, is used to configure all ad networks for child-directed treatment and to disable personalized advertising.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. When the age signal above or the consent flow indicates a child, we request that every ad network treat the user as child-directed, which disables interest-based ads and identifier collection. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us at the address below and we will help remove it.

Ratings and Reviews

After you have played several games, the app may ask whether you would like to rate it using Apple's or Google Play's built-in review prompt. This prompt is provided by the platform, and we do not receive any personal information from it.

Your Choices

  • Decline or withdraw consent in the in-app consent form. You can revisit your choice from the app's settings where available.
  • On iOS, decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads to delete or reset your Advertising ID or to opt out of ads personalization.
  • Purchase the remove-ads option to stop ads from being shown.
  • Uninstall the app to delete all data stored on your device by the app.

Data Retention and Security

Data stored by the app stays on your device until you uninstall it. Data collected by the advertising and analytics providers listed above is retained according to their own policies. We do not maintain servers that store your personal information.

International Users

The providers listed above may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the app you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on our website.
